I highly recommend Noble Mobile. My Samsung phone completely stopped working due to a motherboard issue. I thought I might lose all my data because I didn't have a cloud backup. The owner, Justice, was able to get the phone working temporarily, long enough to back all my data up to the cloud and my laptop.
